What is the standard lead time in a project?
Lead time varies between 8 to 14 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the project.
A proper analysis is done on a per project basis in order to provide an accurate estimation.
Do you manufacture equipment for other countries other than Mexico?
Our customers in the automotive industry have a strong international presence, allowing us to manufacture assembly lines all around the world.
After project runoff, how long will I have customer support?
Talos Industries maintains a historical archive of every station ever manufactured in our facilities. Post-sales support is readily available to provide immediate solutions to any issue you may have. Also, all our equipment has a standard one-year warranty against workmanship and design.
Who are your key suppliers?
We work with a wide variety of automation suppliers, including Allen Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, SMC, Festo, Balluf, Sick, Wenglor, Keyence, Cognex, Fanuc, amongst others.
What is your manufacturing capacity?
We have an engineering team of over 30 members with specialized expertise in different technical areas, allowing us to develop entire assembly lines simultaneously.
Is all your production done internally?
Project management, design, assembly and support all done entirely inhouse. Our manufacturing team has specialized equipment for critical components such as nesting and precision elements, but we also work with a wide range of toolshops that supply us with non-critical machining.
